Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, you may cancel a purchase made on the Site within 14 days from the day you received the product, or from the day you received the transaction details — whichever is later.

A person with a disability, a senior citizen (65+) or a new immigrant (up to five years in Israel) may cancel within 4 months, provided the transaction included a conversation with us (by phone, chat or other means of communication). Proof of eligibility may be requested.

Products that cannot be returned

For hygiene and health reasons, products whose packaging has been opened or whose seal has been removed cannot be returned, unless they are defective. This is permitted under the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations.

How to cancel

Send a cancellation notice by email to [Email], by phone at [Phone], or by registered mail to [Business address]. Please include your full name, order number and phone number.

Returning the product

Return the product unopened, in its original packaging, to [Business address] or as we arrange with you.

Refund

We will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, to the payment method used for the purchase. If the cancellation is not due to a defect or a mismatch, a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, may be deducted, together with any credit-card clearing cost actually charged.

Defective products

If a product arrives defective or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping costs, with no cancellation fee.
